This process involves removing a small portion of the material, resulting in a deep, high-contrast mark that is ideal for high-quality, precise designs and text that will not fade or wear away over time. Laser engraving is commonly used on items made of metal, wood, glass, and plastic, for applications such as personalization, branding, and intricate designs on cutting boards, knives, pens, keychains, and wine glasses.

First, a digital image or design is created on a computer. Then, the design is printed onto a special sublimation transfer paper using a sublimation inkjet printer. The printed transfer paper is then placed on the substrate that is made of a material that can absorb the sublimated ink. The substrate and transfer paper are placed on a machine which applies both heat and pressure to the assembly. The high temperature causes the sublimation ink on the paper to turn into gas which permeates the substrate making it a permanent part of its structure.  After sublimation is complete, the design is embedded permanently on the item.

Fiber Laser Engraving is a process that uses a focused beam of light to create permanent marks on metals and some industrial plastics. The process involves supplying a focused beam of light through a fiber optic cable and utilizing it to engrave the surface of the material. The laser beam is focused onto the surface of the material, and the desired design is created by removing a thin layer of the material. Unlike traditional engraving methods that rely on mechanical tools or chemical etching, fiber laser engraving uses a concentrated beam of light to achieve remarkable precision and clarity. Fiber laser engraving is commonly used to engrave intricate designs, names, and dates on rings, bracelets, and other jewelry items and customizing items like trophies, plaques, and personalized gifts with unique engravings.
